Soft Pastel Velvet Scrunchies (set of 6)

Velvet hair ties with a soft texture.  There are six (one of each color) scrunchies in each bundle.  The scrunchies are not bulky. The scrunchie may wrap twice for thinner hair texture and once for thicker hair texture.
